We call things by their name, prices too
You can see honesty in a room. Our small apartments on Zwölfergasse, a few steps from the Westbahnhof, are newly renovated, but they do not pretend to be more than they are. Bright, quiet rooms, clear surfaces, good light. Nothing dazzles, nothing hides. And we keep it the same way with the price.
Honest rooms, honest numbers
A room that hides nothing suits a bill that hides nothing. We like quiet, honest surfaces that show what they are, without varnish and without pretence. In the same way we show what a stay costs, without small print and without items that appear only at the end. You should know what you pay for before you say yes, not after.

Small, but fine
These flats are not large, and that is on purpose. Newly renovated, carefully made, with what you truly need and without what only drives the price. A good floor, a warm window, a table you can work and eat at. We would rather put the money into what you touch daily than into what only looks good in photos. Fine, for us, means considered, not expensive.

Fair means it withstands closeness
The most honest test for a price is meeting again. Because at the Westbahnhof we are often there ourselves and hand over to you in person, our terms must withstand a look in the face. That disciplines. You do not ask fantasy figures of people you meet the next morning. Fairness, for us, is no marketing line but a consequence of the fact that we know each other.
Frequently asked
What does fair rent mean with you?
Transparent, clear terms without hidden costs. You see in advance what the stay costs, including utilities, without items that appear only at the end.
Why are the apartments by the Westbahnhof rather small?
Because we put the money into quality, not floor space. Newly renovated, carefully equipped, with what you need daily and without expensive ballast.
Are there hidden extra costs?
No. We state all terms in advance. What you see is what you pay, without small print.
