We are three houses in Vienna. Apartments we'd want to live in ourselves, for people who are here for a few weeks or months.
What it's about
Four Negronis and a love story later, an apartment became a home. Each piece tells a chapter of it.
LAROGY started with one apartment near Augarten. An old floor of a Gründerzeit building, far too much stucco, a creaky wooden floor, a tile stove that still works. We furnished the apartment for ourselves and realised others wanted to live the same way.
Today it's our houses and our apartments, but the approach is the same. We curate, we don't just furnish. We stay personal, even as we grow.
Our approach
Three promises.
Curated. Every apartment has its own character. Vintage meets modern classics, salvaged pieces meet craftsmanship. Nothing from the furniture catalogue.
Personal. We hand over every apartment ourselves. We know who's coming, know the story of the stay, are reachable and if something doesn't work, we fix it within hours.
Fair. Stays from 30 days, fair monthly rates, no tourist surcharges. We want you to live, not just stay.
Materials
What matters to us.
Real wood. Lime plaster. Linen. Wool. Brass. Ceramics. Books. A record player. Oiled oak parquet. Bakelite light switches that still click. A stovetop espresso maker, because a pod machine can't do a thing.
We love material and its patina. Nothing in our apartments is brand new, most pieces have already had a life before they came to us. That's part of the design, not a compromise.
