Minimum 30 days. That's our floor and our sweet spot — we equip our apartments for stays of at least a month, not weekend tourism. People who stay longer get more space, fair conditions, and a real relationship with us as hosts.

Yes. For stays of 90+ days we provide the Meldezettel. For exchange semesters, visa processes or work registrations we help with the necessary paperwork — tell us what you need.

Fully furnished with bed linen and towels, fully equipped kitchen (dishes, pots, stovetop espresso pot), washing machine in the building, WiFi, hair dryer, starter set of hygiene items. For crews, printers and storage available on request.

We work with monthly rates, not daily rates. From about €1,400/month, depending on the apartment. For stays over three months and returning guests, individual conditions. Exact prices come with our proposal after your inquiry — depending on apartment, season and duration.

Yes. Electricity, water, heating, internet, final cleaning — all included in the monthly rate. No hidden costs, no tourist tax for stays of 30+ days.

Yes, very much. We work regularly with film productions, architecture firms and consultancies. For crews we can reserve multiple apartments in the same building — and adapt contract modalities to production workflows (advance invoices, NDAs, consolidated billing).

In some apartments yes — please mention it in your inquiry, then we'll suggest suitable apartments. Child-friendly apartments (cot, high chair, safety covers) too.

From Westbahnhof about 25 minutes via CAT or S-Bahn (via Wien Mitte). From Augarten similar. We're happy to recommend transfers or give you the best public connections.

Yes, if our schedules overlap and the apartment isn't occupied. Just ask. For longer multi-month stays we especially recommend meeting in advance — it saves surprises later.

For fixed-date stays: none — contract ends on the agreed day. For open-ended contracts (e.g. ongoing film projects), individual arrangement, usually 30-day notice.

SEPA bank transfer, international transfer, credit card (Visa, MC, AmEx), and monthly billing for longer stays. For productions: invoicing to the production company, EU VAT processing — all as it should be.
