1020 Vienna · Leopoldstadt
Augarten.
The urban refuge. Three carefully curated apartments on Volkertplatz, a Viennese coffeehouse downstairs, Augarten park five minutes away, the Danube canal in ten.
The house
The 2nd district has changed and stayed true to itself at the same time.
Leopoldstadt is one of Europe's most interesting neighbourhoods today. Artists, galleries, restaurants with morning queues, some of the best natural-wine merchants in town. And right next door. The baroque Augarten park, the Film Archive, the Vienna Porcelain Manufactory.
Our three apartments live in a quiet old building on Volkertplatz, the small square that holds a market on Monday and Wednesday mornings and where people sit outside in the evening when the sun is out.
Small and special. For people who want to feel Vienna, not just sightsee it.
Apartment types
What we have here.
Three formats, each available several times in the house. We recommend the right fit for your stay and after your inquiry we'll personally send you the specific apartments with all photos, floor plans and prices.
Compact, quiet, cleverly furnished. Bed, kitchenette, private bathroom, everything you need, nothing you don't. For solo stays or couples who keep out of each other's way during the day.
Separate sleeping area, separate living room, fully equipped kitchen. Enough room to truly retreat after a long day and to cook a proper breakfast in the morning.
Two separate bedrooms, or one bedroom plus a generous living area. For longer stays for two, small crews or families, with a large dining table, fully equipped kitchen and everything you need for three weeks of shooting or a whole semester abroad.
How it works
Gallery on request.
We don't show our apartments in a public catalogue. Instead, after your inquiry we send you a personal gallery access codeit opens the full photos, the floor plan and the price of exactly the apartment we propose to you.
There's a simple reason. People who stay with us often prefer that their temporary home isn't publicly findable. This matters especially for film crews, architecture offices and guests who value their privacy.
