Protecting your personal data matters to us. Here we explain what data we process, for what purpose and on what legal basis, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG).

2. What data we process
Inquiry & contact form. When you contact us via the inquiry or contact form or by email, we process the data you provide, typically your name, email address, desired stay period, number of guests and the content of your message. We use this data solely to handle your inquiry and to communicate with you.
Server log files. When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data (IP address in shortened/anonymised form, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type, operating system). This data serves the technical provision, security and stability of the website.
3. Legal bases
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation/performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures for inquiries) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning web presence). Where consent is obtained, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
4. Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider. ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Deutschland. The provider processes the server log files mentioned above on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
5. Fonts (Google Fonts)
This website uses fonts from Google Fonts, which are loaded from Google servers (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) when the page is opened. Your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (appealing presentation). Note. For full GDPR compliance we recommend hosting the fonts locally on your own server, this transmission then no longer applies.
6. Cookies
This website sets no tracking or marketing cookies and integrates no analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Only technically necessary functions are used. [If analytics tools, booking widgets or payment services such as Stripe are added in future, this section must be extended.]
7. Retention period
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations (e.g. tax and commercial law, generally 7 years). Inquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after the correspondence ends.
8. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. To do so, contact office@larogyapartments.com.
