The house

A Gründerzeit corner building with high ceilings, stucco, oiled oak parquet and a whole world outside the door.

The Nibelungen is the quiet, layered Vienna near Westbahnhof. Gründerzeit buildings, small cafés, good bakers, short distances. The city centre is ten minutes by U3 or U6, Augarten twelve but the local Grätzl is often enough on its own. Schmelz and Westbahnpark for walks, Stadthalle for concerts.

The apartments differ. Some face the inner courtyard and are quiet, others have balconies to the street. One has an open kitchen and a dining table for eight, perfect for long shooting weeks with the crew. We help you find the right one.

The neighbourhood

In the Grätzl.

Three minutes to Westbahnhof. Eight minutes to the city centre. But the best things are right outside the door.

Breakfast & coffee. Café Phil, Hofcafé on the corner, Café Jelinek for proper Melange connoisseurs. In summer. Outdoor seating across the street.

Shopping. Up Nibelungengasse, small cafés, a Turkish baker, a good record shop. Schmelz and Westbahnpark in ten minutes for everything green.

Working. Several good co-working spaces in the area, fast WiFi in the apartment, quiet cafés with sockets.

Connections. Westbahnhof. U3, U6, S-Bahn, long-distance trains to Salzburg, Munich, Zurich. CAT to the airport in 30 minutes.
